: my ebay problem : mcgonagall July 29, 2005, 11:00:45 AM I sold some pokemon cards to a ebay buyer they paid for the cards and i left them feedback and posted the cards I then received feedback from them. Only to have the cards arrived back to me not at this address i have tried everyway possible to contact this person and now they are no longer registered on ebay .
weird isn't it : Re: my ebay problem : blackcat20 July 29, 2005, 11:04:00 AM that is really odd...maybe they left feedback for you instead of someone else by accident ???
: Re: my ebay problem : Tea_and_Fruit July 29, 2005, 12:28:13 PM I had the same problem but then after 4 month :o :o :o i got a mail from the buyer. She has moved and totaly forgotten to tell me the new adress. She say she doesnt need the cards anymore and i can keep them. She doesnt want a refund.
Another story: Last month i sold a Buffy Basic Set. The Buyer didnt reply on my mails. After 20 days i got a mail from her. She will sent me the money as soon as she can (she was moved to). I wait and yesterday i got the cash. Instead of 10€ for the Set and shipping she sent me 20€. I email her and told her that i will sent the 10€ back to her together with the cards. Now i got a mail from her. I can keep the 10€ because i waited so long for the money. ::) : Re: my ebay problem : mcgonagall July 29, 2005, 12:34:12 PM well i have emailed ebay about it i just don't like having not got the item to the person
: Re: my ebay problem : Tea_and_Fruit July 29, 2005, 01:04:05 PM Do you think ebay can help you?
I mean if your buyer is moved and no longer a registered Ebay User how can Ebay help you? I don't belive Ebay would give you the new Ebayname from your buyer if he/she creates a new one. But i think you are right. That is the last chance that you have when your buyer didn`t reply on the mails. : Re: my ebay problem : mcgonagall July 29, 2005, 01:15:57 PM i think that i contacted ebay for my own piece of mind i would not have been happy if i had not tried
: Re: my ebay problem : blackcat20 July 29, 2005, 01:44:41 PM Thats fair enough, at least if you have done everything you can, you cant feel bad if you cant get the cards to the buyer...
: Re: my ebay problem : rns91294 August 01, 2005, 10:11:10 PM This way, if for some odd reason the person ever tries to complainto eBay, you have proof that you did everything you could. It is very odd though....
