I believe another Forum member complained about the same thing as you and was told to contact their service provider (ie. Apparently it is an update the network send out to update the voice mail. If you switch your phone off and on it will disappear.. That will teach me for deleting a topic I started then thought would be of absolutley no use to anyone. But I am impressed Jules.
