: !!!! Important info for Amazon HBP deliveries in the U.S. !!!! : kbmum July 15, 2005, 08:41:30 PM Amazon now has tracking info available for HBP books. They are being sent via UPS. HOWEVER, each local UPS hub is delivering the books to local post offices today, which in turn will deliver the books to their final destinations by 6 p.m. Saturday. (This is a departure from the delivery of OOTP, which was handled from start to finish by Fedex.)
UPS is recommending that post offices deliver the books without requiring signatures, but each post office will make the final decision. The UPS rep suggested contacting the local post office to check its policy. : Re: !!!!
