Roz has disappeared (presumably to argue with her computer about some data again), but I am happy to say that all the auctions that you wonderful Shackers have banded together to re-enter have all been verified. I haven't checked what days remain to be done, but we just did a mass verification sitting of about 350 auctions. Some scary auctions - John Hurt for $60, James Potter for $10, Lily for $20 are a few :o

If these admin idiots do a repeat of this screw up, there will be hell to pay >:()

The dates left to be entered are June 5, part of 12, and 13.  I still have to finish June 6, hopefully this morning.

FTY, do you recall verifying auctions for POA and update, or were they all SS?  I realized last night that all of the people who have been helping with the price guide are probably entering only SS auctions.  I'm not complaining!  But I'll want to go back and look for POA and update before eBay deletes more of them from completed searches.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh yeah, I sure do remember. Comes of doing 200+ of them ;) They were all SS... I didn't see a single PoA/PoAU card. Roz did alot as well - but I think they were mostly SS as well with a small smattering of LOTR cards. It would be lovely to get other sets as well, but to get most of the SS auctions is a massive achievement in itself!

I did some PoA and PoAU but they were thin on the ground.

I verified some great ROTK ones, and FTY is going to do FOTR and I am going to do TTT

(Sigh) Okay, I guess I know what I'm doing with my free time today!  Maybe I can get the kids interested in a movie for an hour or two.  Anything except Sorcerer's Stone and Prisoner of Azkaban, that is! ;)

I still have more to go on the 6th, but the end is in sight.  Anna is done with the 12th.  That leaves the 5th and the 13th.

Any volunteers?  Come on, I know someone wants to spend part of the afternoon or evening entering auctions!

I entered anything HP-related from auctions I still got saved right through the whole of June, so hopefully there will have been POA and POAU in with the SS! ;)

I just finished June 6.  It's time to get dinner started here, but I'll go back over POA and update auctions tonight.  If anyone else wants to help, please feel free to do so. ;)

I did a lump of the 13th yesterday but then I hit a whole lump of already done ones so I thought that had been caught  ??? I will have another look when I can.

I mostly did SS but then moved onto LOTR for a bit of a change in pace  ;D

I'm currently checking the ones in my ended my watch list ;)

Okay, it looks like about half on the 13th haven't been logged in.  You must have hit a patch in the middle that were entered, then the person stopped.  The way my auctions were sorted, the ones that ended in the evening are listed before the ones ended in the morning, and it's the morning and early afternoon ones that haven't been entered.  Oooooh, we're so close! :)

Bright side to the Shack crashing -

I never realised Anna and Cindy did 'trawls' of Ebay for cards.  That explains why whenever I won a card and tried to log it it always came up as already entered.  I thought it was just me  :rofl:

Funny, most of the time when I tried to enter auctions, they'd already been done!

Has anyone else noticed the great number of cards that didn't sell?  I was suprised by how many auctions ended with no bids.

Yes I noticed that.  But they mainly had quite high starting prices.  Silly thing is these were still lower than some of the sold final prices  ::)

Dawn, if you want to take a stab at the various POA auctions for June 1-15, go ahead.  Just let me know where you start and stop, and I'll take over from there.

Of the HP auctions, I only did SS, figured that was more important first up due to the newness of the set...

Once i got bored of HP I started on LOTR, and 99% seemed to be ROTK or ROTKu...

I was so caught up with the HP cards that I didn't even consider the other sets in the price guide. :-\

I agree that SS is more important.  I just hate to lose any data. 

I completed all the HP cards (all 3 sets) for June 5, 12, 13 and 16.  Which days still need the PoA cards entered?

Mike (and anyone), don't worry about making a mistake, all auctions that are entered are checked to make sure the details are right (dates, prices, numbers etc).

Feel free to help! 1, 2, 5, 10 auctions - every little bit helps :)

I think we need to add POA auctions for all of the missing days. :-\

Well I am just about to do LOTR TTT :)

I'll start on them now.  I'll work my way through starting from now going back to June 1st.

The Price Guide is now completely updated up to June 18th for all 3 Harry Potter sets. ;D

I have entered all the LOTR cards I have bought recently (which is rather a lot  ::) ) but will do a general flick to see whats missed  ;D

I double checked the entries for some of the SS and POA cards with printouts Sara made on June 8.  Only one auction was missing!  You guys have done an awesome job! :D

Ok I did a general search for all LOTR sets and worked back from most recent.  When I hit mid 15th they were all coming up as logged.  So fingers crossed they are done  :o=

But just like the HP cards I saw loads I want for the price they went at  ;D  I was also shocked by how many didn't sell - more than half I would say  :-\

I just finished entering all of the LOTR Trilogy card auctions.  Thankfully there were only about 20 of them. ;D
