Has anybody else noticed cards where the gold foil hasnt been applied properly? I got a few in one of the boxes I opened...the foil is only around the outline of the writing:

Thats cool, I'd like to have a mis-print but all mine seem to have all the gold foil :'(

maybe i will be lucky and get one when my box arrives

yes they are because they are a mistake and that makes them a bit more valuable

I think its desirable because it might be something everyones looking for in the future you know what I mean...Mcg right. It would be nice to add something to a collection because it will incresa in value in the future and might be worth over 200 dollars one day.

I hadnt really thought about it much, I just thought "crap, cards I cant use to make up base sets"  ;D

Just in case of interest, the are card #s 38,41,51,65,76,82,87 and were found shared between two packs...

A nice topic for posting what i detected. What do you think about the back of the chase cards (the puzzle cards R1-R9) ? Most of them are equal. But there are others, you must have seen them. The back is much darker. Let's say 10 % have a darker back. I'm sure it's by mistake and a misprint, but the result is, it doesn't fit perfect to the other puzzle cards, you should have a look at it when building the sets. Well, you can imagine what i did now. I was able to get 2 complete sets with a dark back and will keep one of them in addition to my normal chase set.  ;D 

Any offers for buying the second set? ;)

I had a quick look at my foils, the backs seem to be ok, its just some of my base cards that are a bit odd...

Well, they are "o.k.", only darker. But i guess you mean that all of yours are equal and none darker. :)

How darker. I dont have a complete set yet. I hope I dont get more and they are darker then the ones I have now :-\

i know where the other gold bit from your cardfs are they are on the back of the cards i got today lmao

I noticed that with a lot of base cards, that they had flecks of gold on the back from being squished together  :o

i would say the cards where not quite dry when they where all packed together
