: SEALED PoA Hobby Boxes

To anyone who's bought sealed boxes/cases - can you confirm the shrinkwrap is just normal plain plastic? Not with any print on it (like the Topps one have a red strip with Topps printed on the wrapping?)

Got my box today and it definately looks like the original seal - just wanted to check!
I have managed to resist opening it & have hidden it at the back of my wardrobe! Maybe when the final HP movie is released I will sell it! :)

Hello paxcards!

Yes, the shrinkwrap is just plain unmarked shrinkwrap...

Yeah it does look rather like I sat at home and sealed some cling film around them!

I wonder if this will affect the price of boxes in time as it wouldn't be too hard to replicate that seal!!!

Yes, selling searched packs in a resealed would be a huge problem. However, unlike LOTR hobby boxes, you can never be sure that you have all the insert cards... with LOTR, once you got one auto card in a box (and oyu usually did),  you could be sure that it was the only one. But with HP boxes, sometimes you could get 2-3 inserts in a box or none at all  :P Playing with your luck I guess. Imagine finding a Weasley costume then selling the rest of the packs and finding out there was a Hermione/chocolate frog card in them  :o
