Both are in the US. If there is something you want that you don't see on the websites, just email them (for instance, I was able to pre-order SS boxes from Tom, even though the product is not on his website). Both companies respond quickly to inquiries.

You do have to be careful - my brother got a 'sealed' box of Farscape that had been tampered with (the plastic had been sliced so they could check and see if it was a hot box). He was not best pleased but there was nothing he could do.
