Daniel Radcliffe and his family have apparently brought a house in Melbourne!!

and..... Guess who lives in Melbourne............ ;D ME!!!!!!

Toorak is about 10-15 min from my place, and they are supposed to be coming for a holiday in June/July according to the article I read...

I live about an hours drive from Toorak.

Kate lives closer actually, she might be taking him casseroles too, he will never be hungry again!!  

Ask him about any left over cards Artbox gave him... and whether he plans on signing any more. Casually mention that you would loooove to take any spares off his hands - help him clean up the clutter, like ;)

No, its nice that he can get away from the stress and publicity - Melbourne (and Australia in general, I reckon) is usually more laid back about this type of thing. I mean - we see Russell Crowe and Hugo Weaving wandering around Sydney, usually without any photographers in tow. Its less likely to happen in London or New York for example though.

Melbourne is pretty good; my mum occasionally runs in to Geoffrey Rush, often eating a meat pie out of a paper bag, and no one bothers him which is great  :)

I'd feel awkward drawing attention to them. For example, a couple of months ago when I was buying some things for my new place at Ikea, I saw a familiar looking guy (::)) walking towards me. He walked past me - close enough to touch - and I thought to myself - 'hey that looks like Guy Sebastian!' (non-Aussies - our first winner of Australian Idol).

As you can probably guess, it WAS Guy Sebastian with his 'fro hidden under a beanie. He was walking around with a few mates and looking at stuff, looking all relaxed. Now if I was a fan, I would have been in agony deciding what to do... should I draw attention to him? No-one else bothered them as far as I could see. And I had my digital camera (for taking pictures of furniture, not stars ;) ) which would have come in handy

Now if it was Orlando or Viggo that might have been different! ;)

No not really, I've only watch American Idol and that was only once.

If I ran into Daniel Radcliffe I would be like "I am soooo sorry" and then be like "I know who you are nice to meet you" and be on my way. Now with Emma thats a different story. A hug and a kiss then I'd run ;)

Anthony Callea is from Melbourne, havent seen him around though... I did run into Blair from Neighbours once, and a few others from BB series 1...

I saw Emma at the premier of that tennis movie with Kristen Dunts when I was visiting my dad in L.A.. We where taking a walk for some food and I made my dad stop. All I saw was her for a few minutes before she went inside. I toke a picture of the back of her head but it came out all fuzzy :'(

oh and if you wonder why I had a camera with me its because that was the last time I would be in L.A. for sometime and I wanted to take picture of everything and Emmas pictures was on my last roll for the day :'(

For the POTC-promoting boat race. Each of the three stars is doing a leg of the trip, and OB is doing Sth Africa, Melbourne, and New Zealand. Sydney doesnt get a visit. And yes Illl be there, with bells and whistles on!  ;D Anyways, Im off home so Ill talk to you guys later...

Yea very wierd....Its a sunny 23 degrees here now  :) nice!

The eight-month race covers 31,250 nautical miles and starts on November 12 in Galicia, northern Spain. Knightley, 19, Depp, 41, and Bloom, 28, will take part in the inshore races at each of the main stopover ports.

Melbourne's 'mX' newspaper said that said Orlando will be arriving at the Melbourne Docklands in January of next year. The actors will complete training in Portsmouth in the coming months.

Nah - its the erm *lovely*;D kangaroos that you have to worry about! They can chase and kick you quite hard!

Koalas don't tend to bother you unless you are a silly tourist that insists on picking them up and then they decide to scratch/bite you. Mind oyu, mcgonagall's hubby didn't have problems - right?

Lucky you then! I have heard stories of people nearly getting their arms shredded by crazy koalas - but maybe they were slightly hyperactive. I think it would be pretty rare though.

L.A.s not that bad. Lots of people live up there and are not bothered. I've never seen a big movie star but once and he was in his card driving around like everybody else

I lived in LA for two years and occasionally saw celebrities.  Most of the time, it was in restaurants.  People generally left them alone, although I don't know if that was because they respected the stars' privacy or because celebrity sitings are a dime-a-dozen there!

I'm thinking dime-a-dozen. I've seen about five or six celebs and after the first two I was like whatever.
