: Australia Post claims
: kbmum April 25, 2005, 06:24:36 PM
I received some cards via international registered post.  One of the cards was damaged, so the seller is filing a claim.  Approximately how long will it take for the seller to hear/receive a refund from Australian Post?

Aargh, I am sorry - I just threw out my international registered receipts for my last Ebay sales that had all those details on them - I figured that I would not need them anymore. Typical me :P

I can only remember that international registered covers only up to $100 AU but that is no use, is it? Blackcat20, Trey, greenpaw and mcgonagall may have more answers when they wake up :)

Sorry, I cant help. I only sent international registered once, and that was last November. Is there nothing on the aus post website?

It was one of two filmcards from one auction.  The seller didn't pack them correctly, so technically it isn't the post office's fault.  But, she wants to try to get the money back that way.
