: My HP Card Web Page : Anna April 21, 2005, 02:37:10 AM Well after struggling with trying to put together a web page, I finally finished it and it should be bug-free now. Special thanks to Tower, zero, EmmasOneandOnly, Morningangel-Iola and kbmum for helping me get it squared away. ;D
Here's the link: http://home.comcast.net/~annanlen/ : Re:My HP Card Web Page : kbmum April 21, 2005, 02:40:54 AM I love it! The scans are a great size for viewing the details in the swatches and it's easy to find everything.

You have an awesome collection :) : Re:My HP Card Web Page : grecopa April 21, 2005, 09:18:49 AM Oh my gosh! You are the queen of the varients! I was going to pick a favorite, but I can't choose just one. I LOVE the Fizzing whizzbees (eyeball), and the Harry/Cedric quidditch looks like you have a piece of Hufflepuff crest? The Marauders map is great too. Super collection, Anna.
: Re:My HP Card Web Page : grecopa April 21, 2005, 09:20:46 AM Oh, and I also particularly like how the Slytherin and Gryffindor ties look like mirror images of each other, but in different colors of course. ;)
: Re:My HP Card Web Page : Anna April 21, 2005, 09:40:16 AM Thanks everyone for all of the compliments. ;D I really do love my cards and I have no one else to share them with except my fellow forum members. I'm glad you like them too!
: Re:My HP Card Web Page : EmmasOneandOnly April 21, 2005, 10:04:32 AM I can tell you what card from her collection I like ;)
: Re:My HP Card Web Page : Anna April 21, 2005, 10:14:32 AM I can tell you what card from her collection I like ;) I think we all know which card you like the best Mike! ;) : Re:My HP Card Web Page : beckham1 April 21, 2005, 12:55:12 PM very nice, I would really like to know how to set up a web page like that. I think MSN gives members space to make a web page. Is there a book like webpages for idiots or something? Any guidance would be great.
: Re:My HP Card Web Page : Rabb April 21, 2005, 07:51:05 PM :oWOW,that's a great collection!.Must've taken a lot of time, money and effort to put together,it's definitely something to be extremely proud of. :)
: Re:My HP Card Web Page : ferdinand_the_yak April 21, 2005, 07:57:02 PM Beautiful! I partiularly love your props as most, if not all, of them are gorgeous variants! :D
Not QUITE complete though ;) : Re:My HP Card Web Page : Anna April 21, 2005, 08:17:19 PM Not QUITE complete though ;) I'm currently bidding on two Dan autos at the moment. ;) It is the most noticable card that I'm missing aside from the infamous and elusive Pear Tree Leaves card. :-\ : Re:My HP Card Web Page : Anna April 21, 2005, 08:24:50 PM I would really like to know how to set up a web page like that. I think MSN gives members space to make a web page. Is there a book like webpages for idiots or something? Any guidance would be great. I made the web page using MS FrontPage (shhhh :-X don't let Mark know I used an MS program ;) ). Using the program was easy because you don't need to know HTML. The hard part was scanning all of the cards - that takes hours. ::) If you do decide to make a web page using FrontPage, I can give you all kinds of advice on what not to do. :P If it hadn't been for the others that helped me, my web page would be non-existant. :D : Re:My HP Card Web Page : Roz April 22, 2005, 10:29:15 PM My goodness have I not contributed to this thread yet?
Well it must be through jealousy of Anna's nice webpage :D : Re:My HP Card Web Page : Tower April 23, 2005, 05:29:14 AM Isn't it a good idea to find a place with all the links to the card collections of the members here? ::)
: Re:My HP Card Web Page : Anna May 04, 2005, 09:15:17 AM Isn't it a good idea to find a place with all the links to the card collections of the members here? ::) I think that's a good idea also. Roz can you set up a commom thread that has all of the members' card web sites? Pretty please. ;D : Re:My HP Card Web Page : Martyn May 04, 2005, 06:06:29 PM Very Impressive website Anna ;D
Great collection as well!! I did my site in FrontPage as well, It is the easiest thing to use in my opinion (As well as DreamWeaver!) : Re: My HP Card Web Page : ECL August 24, 2005, 03:29:38 AM nice webpage and a great collection!!!
: Re: My HP Card Web Page : Anna August 24, 2005, 03:53:00 AM Thanks ;D
I look at other people's card web sites all the time. I think I'll start the thread for people to post their web site URL, it will make it easier for others, as well as myself, to be able to look at each other's cards. :D : Re: My HP Card Web Page : LikORish-Spider August 24, 2005, 08:32:46 AM Thanks ;D I look at other people's card web sites all the time. Now I just need to continue learning the Front page program. : Re: My HP Card Web Page : Anna August 24, 2005, 11:14:24 AM Great idea, Anna. Now I just need to continue learning the Front page program. If you need any help John, just send me a PM. Thomas and Mikey had to help me, and I'd be glad to share with you the pointers they gave me. :D I'm especially looking forward to seeing your huge collection of cards. ;D : Re: My HP Card Web Page : Roz August 24, 2005, 03:44:06 PM Thanks ;D I look at other people's card web sites all the time. I think I'll start the thread for people to post their web site URL, it will make it easier for others, as well as myself, to be able to look at each other's cards. :D Yep if you post it in "links" I'll make it sticky and everyone interested can add their URL, it's the best way, there's no other way we can catch them all. We could make it so that there's no particular comments in that thread - you just post your URL and a description of your site?? "What say you?" : Re: My HP Card Web Page : Anna August 24, 2005, 08:38:32 PM Yep if you post it in "links" I'll make it sticky and everyone interested can add their URL, it's the best way, there's no other way we can catch them all.
