Nice card!  I had a swatch that was part of this one.  It was damaged, so I sent it to Artbox for a replacement.

Awwww no worries, I've done that a couple of times I think. I watch the item in my ebay and I normally bid via the link next to it so I don't realise who I'm bidding against  :-\ Besides, I can't really afford it anyways. I need to be saving for the SS set  ;) ;D

They are different in slight ways so it can't be the same card...

They are identical!!!  Only one looks like it is faded a bit.  This is very odd.  Maybe you should write the seller of the one just listed and see if that is an actual pic of the card up for auction.

It happened with the permission slip - so yes it's entirely possible.

I thought one swatch was taken slightly to the left of the other.

Has anybody gotten a swatch that notciable in the movie?

I've seen a lot of Daily Prophet swatches that look similar to each other, but there was always a slight difference.  A possibility as to why some swatches are similar is because WB probably had more than one of the same prop when they made the movie (like the Permission Form that Roz pointed out).

Yes, the cards are really very similar, but this can happen, you have heard the reasons. No need to worry.  :)
