: Cards Inc. set

Cards Inc.'s POA set was nearly identical to Artbox's base set, except for the foil stamping.  Will it be the same for SS, or will Cards Inc. be able to change the title on the cards to Philosopher's Stone?

I get the impression they aren't doing one :(

But they are going to do a Goblet set  :)

Sorry, I confused the two.  It's too bad they aren't doing the set.  I would have been happy to buy one with the correct title.

I picked up some packs of the Prisoner of Azkaban release by Cards Inc earlier in the Summer from WHSmiths. It has provided me with an avenue into cards, but I must confess I spend more on those first few packs than on a base set and costume card last week.

Doesn't that seem like madness?

That's just the way of things in British shops isn't it?

What did you pay? Something like £1.99 a pack? Well to be fair there really were not many other ways to get this set but a forum member Dawn recently saw a box of that set (36 packs I think) at a fair for £10, so that was a very good price.

Cards Inc also brought out a tiny folder/binder thing to keep the cards in. It is cute and looks good but I don't know if it's Archival safe.

It is crazy about the prices of the various cards!  But now as a new member you have access to the forum's Price Guide. ;D  It's very informative about all of the cards in the sets.  You should check it out.  The button's at the top of the page.

Something else to explore? Do I have to give up my day job to get up to date?

I have also seen some on ebay with a box of Cards Inc cards and a folder around the same price I think. I wish I had got it when I saw it now I think because maybe I could have the foil charater cards.
