: Question about seller
: Morningangel-Iola February 25, 2005, 10:51:00 PM
I bought a Grim fur cards on the 10th. I paid extra for recorded delivery but when it came it wasn't recorded. I emailed them days ago about this but have heard nothing. I am worried to give them bad feedback incase they give me some which I don't want because I have perfect feedback. They have done themselves in because I saw something I would have bought yesterday but wont get it because I don't trust them.

What should I do?  ::)

Hmm I suppose it could be a genuine mistake - i tend to write on the envelope s4 for signed for sd for special delivery - because after you have mind numbingly queued for ages you get bored and by the time you get to the counter you can't remember what day of the week it is neverlo what should be posted in what way!

It's bad that they haven't got back to you or apologised though :(

Yeah thats what I thought, thats why I emailed politely. It was just a bit concerned that if it had gone missing they'd have been no come back. They may still get back to me.

Still at least I have my card that is the main thing. The Grimm doesn't look very happy though lol.

I had a similar situation a while back, i piad £4.50 recorded for a box of cards and when it came there was no recorded delivery on it. I just left positive feedback anyway, like you say, i didnt want to risk being negged if i'd pulled them up. ???

I just think if you got it OK, then to leave it rather than risk a retaliatory negative FB. So unless you paid significantly more for postage as to be ripped off, I would just thank your lucky stars that you got it OK :)

Yeah, but I wont buy from them again. Can you perminantly not leave feedback?

Yeah - after 60 days (I think) you can no longer leave FB for a transaction
