If you were a witch/wizard and residing at Hogwarts, what would you do?

If you would teach, which subject would you present?

I would teach Muggle studies because I would enjoy informing the non-muggle students of the mundane things muggles do to get through life.
I would not want to be a head of house though.  Maybe I could teach muggle athletics or music.

Ooh definitely Arithmancy :) I like numbers... (or at least I did til I started working with fluid dynamics) and although we have only scant details on the subject it sounds pretty good.

Well as I am a teacher I have to say it can be very dull at times although it can be fun but usually in the staffroom rather than the classroom  ;) .

But I suppose if i had to be a teacher at Hogworts the thing that I would love is the fact that the kids all seem to be well behaved, the truth would be that if the children were able to do magic I would want to be as far from them as possible

Not too sure what I'd teach ... Herbology perhaps, as I like growing things and enjoy gardening.
Potions would be better though ... I loved chemistry at school and although it wasn't my best subject, I did enjoy the practical work. ;)
So .... Potions mistress for me please and not fussed either way about being Head of House. :)

I would love to be the Transfiguration teacher - for some reason, the notion of turning things into something else would be cool.

Or if it wasn't so jinxed - Defence against the Dark Arts would be cool ;)

As my name suggests i love love to be head of griffindor house. but since ferdinand wants to do transfiguration I would rather teach the students to flying and teach them to play quidditch and be a quidditch ref.

I would like to be Headmistress of Hogwarts, after Dumbledore retires of course!!

Wow.  Good question.  At first, I thought I would like to teach the choir because I love to sing and have been in many choirs myself.  Then, I thought flying lessons and Quidditch because I love soccer (or futball) and Quidditch reminds me of that to some extreme.  But then it hit me.  I realized my true calling would be to teach Care of Magical Creatures.  My home now is like a zoo with all the animals in it (snakes, frogs, lizards, fish, cats) and not to mention all the other animals I have had in my life.  So I think having to deal with animals, no matter what kind would be the perfect job for me.

Where do I sign up ;)
