How completely useless... I thought this was how they always made their sales. All 2000 at once.... so why has this knocked them out?

Right - looks to me like they are back up, running and running smoothly and NOT Sold out of Pippin.

I heard that they expect to sell out later today or early Wed so it looks like there's no mad rush but that you ought to get yourselves over there in a timely manner.

Guys it seems our member Chucks888 is a bit of a dark horse :) he's been hiding away a great WETA forum...  here's the link, so this is a good place for more info and chat ... but dobe sure to come back to the shack from time to time ;)

Those who have seen him upclose say he's surprisingly awesome, the sword and chainmail are especially cool so people seem to think this will be more popular when people see it in the flesh :)

And fair dos too - that's not a flattering face shot ;)

I passed on this one because I did not like the expression on Pippin's face. 

yea the only reason it is going for a lit is it sold out, people bought the max on these and tried to get as many as they could, to try to sell and when it actually comes time for him to ship I expect the price of this one to either go up or drop below retail. he was up for sale for to long, and people didnt like the pip in armor as it doesnt go with any of the other fellowship pieces.

Intersting point Jason about him being in the armor and not fiting in with the other 3 Hobbit's.  I had not thought of that.
