It would be really hard to have him in a speaking part because of the audio books he's done and he will for ever be synonymous with the HP seires (sorry Jim Dale ~ no offense). Hearing him read Hagrid is eerie ... he and Robbie Coltrane sound uncanny in their likeness! :o Maybe he's happier to do the audio work as opposed to acting in the films ... guess we may never know unless someone thinks to ask him! ::) As for being the Guide .... he will be fantastic! I loved listening to the radio series and reading the books ~ such a great shame Douglas Adams died so suddenly. :-\ |
