Sideshow Weta Collectibles will be announcing a new The Return of the King
polystone figure at THE ONE RING CELEBRATION, taking place at the Pasadena
Convention Center, January 14th-16th 2005. Pippin, Guard of the Citadel will be
on display throughout the weekend at the booth and viewable online via a live
webcam.

We are also proud to offer attendees of the ONE RING CELEBRATION the opportunity
to see the completed polystone figure of Sauron, The Dark Lord. Standing along
side Sauron will be other popular collectibles including the recently sold out
Gondorian Helm Collection and the imposing Gothmog on Warg figure.

On top of showcasing our The Lord of the Rings line-up, each day the first 500
attendees to visit the Sideshow Collectibles booth will receive a The Lord of
the Rings polystone bust absolutely FREE!* (Details to be posted soon on our
website.) Additional attendees will be randomly chosen to receive other great
prizes.

And in case that wasn't enough excitement for you, The One Ring will also be
hosting Daniel Falconer, Senior Designer from WETA Workshop, at the Sideshow
Weta booth. Daniel will participate in a LIVE WEB CHAT and be available for

Looks like Sideshow are kicking 2005 off with a bang, makes me wish i was going.

I think it's a shame it's so early in the New Year ... let's face it, most people's bank accounts are still reeling from Christmas never mind the expense of something like this to add to it! :-\

I do hope the Forum members who are able to go will snap as many photos as possible so we can drool over them when they post them for us on here!  ;)
... we get the 'flavour' of the event without the cost! ;D

I will be there and you better believe i will try to be one of the first 500 there all three days!
I willo get tons of pics and see what i can post, they said something about a live webcam also so i duno what that is.
