I had the thought that maybe all the yellow streamer type paper swatches are wrappers from the individual 'candies' inside the celophane bag, or maybe even parts of the 'candies' themselves. Anyone think the same?

The swatch must be from the individual wrappers of the candies. Looking at the picture of the prop, there is nothing else that could be this orange-yellow color. Unless it's from the back of the Fizzing Whizbees label which we can't see. ???
