It is 9:30am Chrissie Day here in Melbourne, Australia and I have just opened all my pressies and I have to say............

The first present I opened was my secret santa pressie and it was FANTASTIC, what did I get that is so exciting you ask? hmmm I got.....

A HERMIONE TIME TURNER!!!!

Woo hoo it was the best present ever, it is so pretty and even has a little stand to hang it in, with a mirror that has the harry potter logo on it....oh im sooo excited!

Thanks Secret Santa for making my day even more special !!!

Trey....??? How many time zones does Australia cross.... how can you have 9.30 and McGonagal just before 7?? Well I think we all know the answer to that - YOU HAVE THE WORKING TIME TURNER!!!!

Merry Christmas everybody and I would like to say thank you (and as soon as I am dressed and back I will PM my Santa to say thanks in person) for everything my Santa and Mark's Santa sent to us. Boy was it a great Australian Christmas this year (photos to follow ;) that's both a threat and a promise).

What a great Santa gift Jo/FTY - I bet you hadn't guessed Alan Lee would participate (hee hee just kidding). And your digital camera seems to take top notch photos too!!!

I was up very early this morning and I caught a big fat chap wearing red trying to get up the chimney. Anyway. We chatted for a while, he asked for some milk and cookies but I could definitely tell he was Australian! Both Roz's and my Santas were from "down under" - we have had some wonderful things so thank you to both of you - as Roz threatens there will be photos later :)

We have different time zones accross OZ, in Melbourne we are 2 hours ahead of Perth, and then maybe an extra hour cause of daylight savings..........im not sure of it exactly but yes we are on different times so unfortunately I dont have the working time turner :( oh well, I seem to be confusing people without it anyway :P

Hee hee now you really are confusing me... some of Aus is on daylight savings and some of it isn't? ARGH!

Anyway - back to things I do comprehend... McGonagal, have a careful look at your "diamond foil" base set, tin and auto (that's not from the main HP set) and you'll notice (I reckon) that you have the Memorabilia Exclusive Tin set

We are a complicated country - of course we have strange time zones - what else would you expect from Oz ;)? It is a 3 hour time difference between the eastern states (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane) and the western state (Perth) during daylight savings now, normally its a 2 hour difference.

I hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas and I hope you were nice to Santa up north... I know I was after all the nice presents he brought this year! And I had alot of fun snapping silly Christmas photos and videos with my snazzy new camera as well :)
