Our nice benjaminblood has bid on 5 items in the last week all by Misty9999 and nothing else

Who is listed as being in West Yorks (Just like Mr Blood)

Wait But there's more  ;D

Check out the 2 listings,  almost identical word for word  Hmm

For me this just screams that the honerable looking Misty9999 has a second personality as Benjaminblood,   I may be wrong,  many here have dealt with Misty9999, so maybe blood just copied the listing layout

But all the bids on Misty999s items  really got a strong wiff of fraud here


NOTE FOR OLLY :  You dealt with Misty9999 recently can you remember the name of the person you were dealing with? Now we have the True Name & Address for MrBlood! We can check and see if it is him,  PM me if you can remember

Well I think We Need To Remane This

Benjaminblood IS Misty9999

The Name I have for Benjaminblood is  Phil Clement in Wakefield,

Misty9999 has in his payment tag line

"if you win item please pay in 7 days, or item will be resold. thank you,for bidding phil"

Uses almost idential layout and is in Wakefield

And of course his most prolific bidder is benjaminblood

Enough For Me,

This is a really strange one, so many reputable dealers have dealt with him as Misty9999 without problem, and here he is causing problems as benjaminblood

Split Personality in the extreme,

Should the next step be a report on Misty9999 to ebay for using a fake ID to bid on his own auctions, or do you think this is harrasing him to far?.

After what he's said and done to Ben, Zach and you... I don't think it's harsassing him too far

Not to mention that both have private feedback, almost as if he doesn;t want you to see that he is leaving feedback on Misty9999 all the time to get the rating higher, maybe.  I know anyone can do this, but to have two people, so closely together, both with private feedback is a little strange.

I will file a Shill Bidder Report on him,

But unless he has had the benjaminblood ID registered in his real name at any time Ebay might not tie them together, they don't dig too deep, (With Me It's a Passion!)

Shame when a seller who has a good reputation stoops to these things,  it tarnishes it for everyone

Benjimblood's feedback was private the other day when the thread about his triple auto was posted.  At least, it was for me :-\

Wow, Roz, good thinking. If he did get the picture here, he must be here.  I wonder who he could be.....

No it was Misty9999s feedback that was public and went Private,

And from information obtained it has been confirmed that Misty9999 has the same name and address as Benjaminblood

So all I would say is consider this before you do any business with misty9999

Oh Look Misty9999 has just ended all his auctions and cancelled all the bids on them  ???

And Changed His ID to bignoblicker  TutTut!!!  That must be against Ebay Rules

What ID do you think he will be back with next week, or just lie low and hope this blows over for him

I thought you were joking about his ID, but you aren't.  He really did change it!  :o

This is sad (and I don't mean unhappy!).

The auction ended early because item was lost or broken, or so the auction says.  Hmmmm.....  It is funny how whe you start talking about it here, the feedback suddenly goes private.

Well whoever they are, I am glad that we are causing this much trouble for them

And if you (Misty/Benjaminblood) are reading this, I hope the rest of ebay also realises what a rip off fraud you are and that you never sell another thing again! >:(

Ive just tried to block those three ids from my auctions, and they have come up "invalid user id"...

so did it work, i think ive ruined benjaminblood a little, and will continue to do so. Ebay emailed me... Basically, the links were the reason the auction ended, the actuall lsiting was alright, but i needed to sell something with it  ::) so next time im gunna sell a promo inside lol

 have to admit this is damn interesting reading  :)
---- but at the same time sad that someone is ripping off (or attempting to rip off) other's  and especially if the person is reading or spending time on this board ......

  glad you did'nt get "in trouble" with Ebay -- I know you said it was worth it if you did but still you got the word out , got the job done and did'nt suffer getting kicked off Ebay over it ...

 and yes from the evidence I would definetly say Benjaminblood & Misty9999 were the same person .....
 if fact several of the former Misty9999's most recent feedbacks were from Benjaminblood   and then to quickly change to private feedback and end auctions and change the ebay ID  is just icing on the cake .......

 Ebay needs to have all this info forwarded to them and hopefully once they get all the info they'll move quickly to end this guy's ability to continue on Ebay ......
