Anyway Report Filed with Ebay Investigations, so I figure about 24 hours before they close his account for providing fake contact info,

Me Thinks I will go and leave him a little Negative before his account gets pulled!

(Don't care if he leaves me one, that account was finished with anyway, I never sell on any account for more than a couple of months, so Retalilaitory Feedbacks don't matter!)

 what in that Ebay contact info  sent up "red flags" for you ??

 Since I'm in the US the info "looks" okay to me (this from someone not that familiar with UK address's & phone numbers , of course)  but just curious as to how you know it's fake .....

  and yeh I'm hoping you can nail this guy --- just to bad his feedback is private so we can't all read what's been said about this guy ....
   

I'm just really glad my friend retracted his bid - else he could have won this 'item' and been out a lot of $$$.

The Red Flags are

1: Name  BEM is not a normal Abreviation

2: Telephone Number, All Uk Numbers Start 0   01 or 02 for Landlines and 07 for Cell

3 Address

Also another forum member sent me the address they had for him, which is totally different, and with a bit of digging I now have a genuine Telephone number for him (Not Smart Enough to be ex directory!!")

So if anyone has lost out and needs the info contact me for it

He left a negative already?  Don't you have like 7 days before required to send payment?  I would write to eBay that you won that auction and the seller left you a negative before you had a chance to even pay. Maybe that will help make them unregister him.

So get this, I wake up this morning and my "fixed price" listing for 10 Balrog weta statues has ended with one person buying all of them...you guessed it benjaminblood.

I am completely confused because I didn't do anything to him.  I know my user name "ztaylork" appeared in the auction by samwise18 in the description.  Do you think he went after me because of that.  I had bid on his auction and that was it. I never sent him an email or retracted my bid or anything.  I just stopped bidding.  I am copletely confused.  I of course reported it to ebay, but will they remove the negative comment.  What a way to start off my day.  I am stressed out with finals and getting little sleep due to my crazy 8 month old daughter and wake up to this crud.  What does everyone make of this.  Why did he come after me?

I emailed him out of courtisy to say i was going to contact ebay as he was using a picture of my auction and he resonded by saying he would report me so i have added him to my banned bidder list

I didn't even dream of adding him to my banned bidder list before this (I did first thing after I saw the negative), but I wouldn't have expected him to go after me, as I didn't think I did anything to provoke him.

That is absoultely ridiculous.  And not only that, but what he actually said in the feedback.  I think eBay will remove this for you, as I have seen ones removed before, I think. But just with the fact of what he said to you should be enough to get him banned!!  What is wrong with this guy?

Good point Olly, we don't really know for sure I don't think.  But he already left negative feedback for the winner, without even enough time for payment to go through. It just doesn't seem right.

Yes but I was just wondering if the negative feedback was left because of all the posts on here slating the seller.

I wouldn't be happy selling to anyone saying such things.

No concrete proof, but I emailed him three times since the auction ended asking for details of where to send payment, or if possible to collect the card, over a 20 hour period all with no response, and as I said at the start of all this I had every intention of buying the card if he had it!

Anyway no response to any of the emails, but as soon as I left him a Neg He responded within 5Mins, so he was getting those emails I am sure of that,

And Lets face it as Misty9999 he always managed to take photos of the cards he was selling, to prove he had them, but not on this auction,  you would think with all the accusations flying around he would have bent over backwards to provide proof he had the card and clear his name if he did have it

+ His auction description, "I have all the other Costume and Autos available email for prices and details",  Thats just phishing for an off ebay scam lets face it

True, there is no hard evidence, but I wouldn't trust this guy further than I could throw him... I had a bad feeling about him when he offered me that 2nd chance offer with the FOTR Elrond and when I got all the mixed messages from all the other 'winners' it just confirmed my beliefs. Hagrid's Hut is proof that Benjaminblood is a fraud and  I doubt that he has a triple auto any more than he had a Hermione auto or 6 FOTR Elronds...

True Olly, he may have that triple, but is anyone willing to buy from him?
