: The new Film Cell Cards : rns91294 November 20, 2004, 03:46:30 AM I just thought I would start this topic up in regards to the new 35mm film cards with this set. I was thinking people could post which ones they got and what is on the actual film cell itself. It will be neat to see what different cells are found on each card. I will start.
I got the Harry on Buckbeak card. The cell is of Harry, his face. He is looking at something, but I need to see the movie again to figure out what part it is from. : Re:The new Film Cell Cards : samwise16 November 20, 2004, 06:37:27 AM Roz taught me how to capture the actuall cell as clear as u can see it with a camera so ill takesomepics tomorrow, most cells on ebay auctions are un-seeable *thats a word* lol :P
: Re:The new Film Cell Cards : DewDude November 20, 2004, 07:27:38 AM Roz, care to share the technique? I tried holding up a Disney film cell card up to a halogen bulb to get a good picture of the cell and I freakin melted part of the top loader!
The card survived though. Mark : Re:The new Film Cell Cards : savage727 November 20, 2004, 07:41:56 AM The best method I have found to take film cell pictures -the ones I took were of The LOTR's Trilogy Film Frames -was to have a bright background behind the cell. I used my digital camera using the close up feature and zoomed in until the cell filled the view finder and took the shot. They came out great. The background I used was snow as it was last Winter when I took the shots. I think any bright source of light in the background will work. Good luck. :)
: Re:The new Film Cell Cards : kbmum November 21, 2004, 02:55:20 AM I have three filmcards:
Werewolf has cells of the picture of Harry's parents, by his bedside in Gryffindor Tower. Harry with wand/Patronus has cells of Hermione, Draco, et al after she punches him. Mr. Weasley and Harry in the Leaky Cauldron has cells of Sirius standing in a doorway in the Shrieking Shack. |
