Ok not so much a want list but how about people involved in Secret Santa use this thread to list their likes (non-card) and maybe their wants list (cards).  I figure this will give people a head start when deciding what to buy people.

Great idea, just because I know it is all about the thought ( and a great big one to roz for thinking about it) But I would like to get something I know that they need or would like, not end up getting something they have just to sell or try to have to trade for something they need..

I personally like any autograph card worth over £50 which is guarenteed to fetch a fair bit on ebay after 25th december  ::)

Nah i like Base sets...Base sets...Base sets, and im missing lotr trilogy chrome  :o and SW heritage  :o I know the shame not owning such great sets  :-[

I also like sweatbands  ;D

Great idea Olly!  I will start.  I love the LOTR's.  I collect both the Decipher and Topps cards but no need to look in that direction as I have just about everything put out to date minus some of the higher value Auto cards.

I am as you can see by my avatar a huge Aragorn fan so anything to do with him would be wonderful.   :)  And a big thanks to whoever is my Secret Santa!!  :)

I like... um... oh I don't know. I'm useless at giving other people ideas for what to get me. Nintendo characters are high on my list, and weird Japanese stuff is also cool in a fascinating way. Other than that everyone knows I'm a big fan of LOTR and Harry Potter :)

I just like to keep my wrists warm, maybe too warm though..

Well, I'm sure Roz knows by now what a complete LOTR nut I am  :D but I'm also a Harry Potter fan too (though that's more the books than the cards.)  ;D

LOTR - I've pretty much got all the base and update sets, plus the costumes and some auto cards ...
I do collect other LOTR stuff ... bookmarks, postcards, stamps, jigsaws  ... basically the small stuff cos I don't have the space! LOL

HP - The only cards I have from PoA and PoAU are the base sets, chase foils, box toppers and the Cards Inc promo cards I won on here ~ I don't have any prop/costume/auto cards at all. I was thinking about getting just one costume from the update set but haven't done anything about it ..... yet ...  ::)

... Scorpion King/Mummy Returns (I'm a HUGE fan of the WWE Wrestling and The Rock! LOL) ;)

as to the topic of this thread, let me think.
I'm a huge LOTR fan.  I gave up on the autograph cards and have all the base sets and promos, but I am missing the FOTR stickers 3 and 6. My favorite character is Arwen.

Other than LOTR, I like Alias (I wonder if and when NZ will be getting the new season??) and enjoyed the HP books and movies.

I know i didnt expect him to have done so much research, my honest reason for the air-rifle is i keep it behind my bed incase of intruders, only then would i shoot someone else, plus we have had 2 gangsta look alike kids go round our back alley to try break into our next door neighbours house, i'd happily shoot a few pellets in them  ::)

Thanks to Roz for organising this and thanks to my Santa in advance as well :) I am a huge fan of LOTR (I think you can guess my favourite character ;)) and Harry Potter. I mainly collect Topps LOTR and Artbox HP cards, so anything in that direction would be perfect :)

I have been a good girl all year....well most of the year santa so I would like to tell you about some of my favourite things.

I love lord of the rings, aragorn and legolas are my favourites and I love harry potter. Hermione is cool she is my favourite as well as sirius black, he is the bad man in jail santa but he really wasnt bad so he should get a present from santa too. I like harry potter cards oh and Jack next door stole my lollies from me yesterday so I dont think he should get a present.

Give my kisses to the reindeers for me.

                   I think i have been a good girl but the kids tell me i have driven them up the wall ;D And hubby says i am a pain in the you know where  but other than that i have been very good .

I would like peace on earth even if it is just for xmas day.

I'm sorry if some of this doesn't make sense, but I had no dinner and worse off I went a little drinking with my Japanese class making a bad combination, indeed. Luckily, It's not that bad.

Anyways, this thread amused me greatly; but moving onto what you should know. Well, I am more of a Harry Potter fan than LOTR (the movies and books were great). I love the HP cards (of course  ;)) and that doesn't go without saying that pretty much anything HP related would be happy! That Mrs. Rowling sure did a good job in creating a world with which captures the imagination of us all. Moving on ... Ummmmm ... what else, what else ... well honestly, I'm not that picky and would be appreciative of pretty much anything but that doesn't got without saying that what I mean by the word "anything" excludes things like socks and what not ...

I am trying to think what I need though, I have all the topps cards, some posters, a few puzzles ( the tins) and the map of middle earth, always looking for more to frame!

Puzzles are always good, also I duno if other have seen I think I remember a post about one but I have found 3 art of LOTR books i like just cant find them in a store :P

keychain letter opener i duno anymore! hope i was of some help if ya needed it :P

other then that HP is cool, but not a huge huge fan of the cards as I cant get the whole set.

I am looking forward to anything though!

There is just one thing that I want for Christmas and that is Sean Bean. I am sure you will have heard of him. He is a fantastic actor and has been in lots of films. I promise to look after him and take good care of him, not just over Christmas but all next year as well.  :-*

You won't be able to get down the chimney so I will leave a key under the mat. I will also leave you a mince pie, a glass of sherry and a carrot for Rudolph.

I'm not going to be greedy this year. There is only one thing I want for Christmas--Viggo Mortensen. I would be a very happy girl if I got this as my present. Please Santa, I won't ask for anything next year if I get Viggo. Oh, and  promise to be a very good girl next year as well. I think Viggo would be very happy with me.
