Shop staff come out with Shrink wrapper bundles of packets to fill the display box. Who knows why and where from! The lack of availabilty will not serve to entice new people into the hobby. In fact it would only serve to put people off...one minute a set is available and next a huge gap between the next set even reaching stores.
