need help with unconfirmed address

One of my buyers, from Canada, paid for an auction with an eCheck through PayPal.  About a week later, the check cleared, but now PayPal is saying that the buyer has an unconfirmed address.

The buyer told me he moved between the time he placed the bid and the time the auction ended, and his email address has also changed.  I've sent him two emails (at both addresses) since the check cleared, asking him to confirm his address with me, but he has not responded.

Should I go ahead and mail the package to the unconfirmed address listed with eBay and PayPal?  He's paid in full and I'm not comfortable holding the package, but I also have a bad feeling about this auction and I'm nervous about shipping the item.

what is his feedback? And how many paypal payments has he made since he signed up for it? How much is the auction for?
