Boo!

Just got rated as neutral for something

http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws1/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=maktheyak&ssPageName=STRK:ME:UFS

But I replied to the feedback explaining I had been lazy Wink but hadn't posted the item, I had had the cheque for 4 days (it took them 4 to write it Wink ) and would post when it cleared (which was mostly because I was away over the weekend and didn't get it til yesterday morning, of course I'll post the item before it clears, the cheque is for £12 not £1200!

But then I look at the feedback he has given others..

http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws1/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedbackMemberLeft&memberid=arney35&items=-1&item=-1&de=off

Hmm he's not a very clever man now is he!

What on earth can you do against ebayers like this??

Leave them negative.

They deserve it as they don't know how to use eBay and Feedback correctly.

I have had many people leave neutrals for stupid reasons.
"Too much bubblewrap"

"Didn't leave me feedback"

"thank you for not notifying. Sad" (this was negative becuase they didn't get the invoice and it was left exactly 3 days after purchase!  Roll Eyes)

Sounds a bit harsh, but these people need to learn.  Grin

Too much bubblewrap?

That is the lamest negative/neutral I ever heard. I would say "well wrapped" in response to that!

What an idiot... Angry

I have waited for a month to receive items which are singly worth much more than all the stuff he has purchased combined, yet I have never left a neutral/negative (check with olly's link Grin) for anyone as usually it is not their fault, rather the postal system and they have left positive FB for me. Of course there are genuinely bad sellers out there, but I doubt maktheyak is one of them Wink

Too much bubblewrap?Huh

Some people have too much time on their hands Roll Eyes

Olly - when you get the top trumps you will DEFINITELY say "too much bubble wrap" - how did I make 5 packs of cards into one of the hugest parcels known to man?

No one knows!!!

Some of those negs have been left the same day they sent payment. Maybe someone should explain that its feedback, no about letting the seller know you have paid....

In my experience, some peeps don't understand the system. I bought an item from a newbie in Ireland. I payed in good time, he sent the goods in good time.

Few weeks later, he "neutralled" me. I wasn't best pleased Huh Huh After counting to 10 and resisting the urge to flame him, I looked at his feedback. He'd done the same to a load of buyers  Shocked Shocked

So I mailed him (very politely), stuck a few links to ebay help and a very bad seller who'd shafted me and waited. Lo & behold, a very apologetic reply explaining how he'd not understood  and he put covering remarks under all his neutral fbs.

Both parties finished up happy  Cheesy Grin
