Well it seems that trying to retreive my money from Paypal has done the trick, as I have now received the card after 18 days of waiting.

I didn't get any explanation of why it took so long, which I find unacceptible, and I won't be buying from him again.

I have still not had any response from him, despite escalating it with a claim with paypal, should I give him negative feedback?

I would wait till you get your money back from Paypal before leaving any feedback.
You might get your item from him sent late, so I'd leave it a bit longer.  Wink

This isn't the first time something like this has happened with this particular seller - I believe he had health problems and had to spend time in hospital when this happened before. It might be that he has ongoing health issues, I've no idea and I haven't heard anything about him through the grapevine either ... I'm just saying y'know ...
I can remember his wife had her hands completely full contacting people last time around on his behalf over items being delayed ... anyone heard if Jon's okay or not?

I am so angry at him, I left him nagative feedback since I never got my item nor any response to the emails and the dispute, yet he gives me nagative feedback saying Item posted with certificate of postage and buyer also had full refund  Hopping Mad , I think he has a right cheek.

Yeah that's a heck of a cheek. All he needed to do was let you know it had been posted (and preferably offer to chase it for you). Ahh well... if he responds to your feedback in his own feedback make sure you counter reply!
