Happy St David's Day



(my Grandfather's from North Wales) I know Gimli and Ed Van Halen are Welsh - any more? Any Americans from Wales? I have Welsh relations in Patagonia

My son's grandparents are called Nain and Taid because she's Welsh (or at least of Welsh descent). It's hard though, cause I can never remember which is which

 Taid is Grandfather and Nain is Grandmother - I know your EXACT problem because my Mum always refer's to her Nain and Taid all at once so it never gets separated.

The name/word Nain and Taid is really only used in North Wales - so they are from 'proper Wales' *ducks as Chris swings a punch*
