Just noticed these on the NSU Upcoming release schedule.

Whats a wooden box set?

Wasn't there suppose to be one for GOF too?

The NSU site does list a SS Wooden box set as well as the CoS wooden box set.  But I think it most curious that the CoS wooden set is noted to be released before the actual set.... Weird?  I can't imagine what these would be?

I think these were like preview sets, like the LOST previews. They were supposed to be issued before the regular set. They were cancelled. I guess they revived them. Tom mentioned them to me.
