Is there anyone collecting the Scooby Doo 2 cards? If so, what do you all think is a fair price for a Fred costume card and/or a Shaggy costume card. I'm trying to collect one card form each of the main characters. I pulled a Velma sweater and recently got a Daphne pants card for $16! (Was shocked by that one!) I need a Shaggy and Fred--I'm not picky on which costume swatch it is...the prices seem to be all over the map, from very reasonable to very expensive. Just wondering if anyone has any information. Thank you.

I've been collecting prices for all the Fred and Shaggy cards and most of them do run all over the map but I think fair is between 15 and 25 for all 6 of them depending on swatches but I havent seen any variants lately

I know that all of Daphne's swatches can go pretty high (most BIN are for $45-50 and up). Fred's shirt with the silk-screen print on it seems to be one of the more expensive Fred variants. Are you trying to get collect all of the cards or one from each character?

But if I do find a nice deal on one I see I will bid on it Yeah, I've been debating buying additional boxes...I love the guarantee of two inserts--one auto/one costume card. I've been struggling with which method is the best, economically--buying boxes vs. buying cards. Tough call, though I think I know what you would suggest!

It would be cheaper just to get the cards you're still missing than to get boxes. But if you can find a real cheap box, around $15 + shipping, I'd get the box and hope to pull a rare auto and/or costume.

If you are just starting out with collecting this series, I would just buy boxes. Although, if you only need a few more cards... it would be more financially benefical to just buy the missing cards individually.
I am missing quite a few, and the boxes are now way expensive. I am looking for the PW cards, and the run from $15 and up.
The autos are cheap, you can pick them up from $6 for the "lower-end" ones. The more HTF ones, like A1, A2 & A4 go from $40 and up.
I am just waiting until I return from vacation, and then going to buy the cheaper autos. I have the A1 & A2, not really wanting the A4, so then It'll just be the PW's...

Which one is the A4 again? I think they did a great job with the PW cards. There are a nice selection of swatches for each character. Am I right in saying that the Daphne cards tend to be the highest priced cards out of the set?

Thanks Chris! You do have two of the more expensive autos though, Shaggy and Velma, so getting the other cards you want should be fairly easy to get, cheaper anyways.
