Dan has to sign again. I really need another chance at getting his auto btw, how are they going to do the coins? Roz, you mentioned something about using a quarter of a coin in each swatch...won't the swatches be smaller than normal if they do that? I'm having a confused moment

I disagree - I think you can have too much Emma *ducks as Mike throws Sloppy joes at me* I loved Orlando Bloom as Legolas in the LOTR trilogy, but I was thankful that he didn't sign more than the 2 series of cards that he did... the reason being that too many of these cards would devalue the previous ones. I'm not so much concerned money wise, but more the fact that I would appreciate my OB cards more if I knew that I was only one of 3000 people in the world that had one (or 2 ) In my opinion, I think 2 sets for Em is enough for the time being - they need to save her for a future set - OoTP maybe? But Dan - 50 cards?? Get scrawling Potter

I'm having a confused moment I have a feeling the coins were pretty big so these swatches will still be big - but an odd shape. I heard Dan had said he wouldn't sign again in future sets, but you can keep your fingers and toes crossed just in case

Well as soon as someone here gets one, they better post a picture I heard Dan had said he wouldn't sign again in future sets, but you can keep your fingers and toes crossed just in case Bummer Still, like you suggested, every limb of mine is crossed...there's still a slight chance

Question: Is anybody else besides Artbox produce SS? There was a Sorcerer's Stone set prduced by Wizards of the Coast. There are no inserts, just base cards. If I'm not mistaken, the cards are slightly bigger than the standard trading card. Here's an auction for the set: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=219&item=6170057611As for the Artbox SS costume cards, I'll be very surprised if there isn't a Quirrell turban.

I would have prefered to see 10 costumes per case, but I guess this will do.

I believe that the Turban will be a costume card. I saw it in the current NSU magazine. They also mentioned the Hogwart's schedule and i think the welcome letter Harry received.

I was speaking to Roz and she said my guess on average amount of cards is terribly out of date so i will update my thinking
12 costumes average of 333 each 14 props average of 286 each 13 Autos average of 307 each 9 Film cards average of 266 each
so I am sure we will get some higher than those but that means too there will be some lower numbered ones too.

Let this be a lesson to the lot of you I am a harsh task master its keeps rising :'(
Well with a fixed "celing" of 8000 boxes, the number of cards shouldn't go up, just the number of different cards produced

I don't think so - some collectors don't like to buy boxes...and they are the ones with tidy homes, only one base set and didn't cry about PoAU
