How does a varient swatch get into a card. Does artbox pick it and like circle it cut it out and let the machine put it together or are they just put in there by its self?

Well, first, they are cut in squares.  Anyway, I believe the cards are put together by habd, but for those people making them, I think they just cut the material and if a variant happens to be part of what they cut, it gets put in the card.
