Boggy pointed out that the character he played in Life on Mars was called Sam Tyler - how spooky . I was a bit put out when the Dr ran away from Captain Jack but when he explained why I was gobsmacked. But now to our resident expert . Dawn, did the Dr know Jack was alive when he left the space station or did he think he was dead. And am I right in thinking he had never seen this Dr? I think that was what he said but how did he get the hand then I can't believe we only have 3 left - this just keeps getting better and better

I too was a little put off by the Doctor intentionally leaving Capt. Jack but the redemption was gleaming. The interesting thing about time is that almost anything can happen...so Jack going back to get the hand or witnessing it's "demise" would be the only way he could have found it. Obviously something really important about the hand or why would he be carrying around all the time...to give it back? lol Hate that we've only got the two left...then nothing 'til December. And no Torchwood until January '08!!! AGHHHH!!! Ah well...Battlestar Galactica and everything else in the meantime. Must. Survive. Summer...Fall...Winter.

Very good point . And since Jack admitted to spying on Rose from time to time I suppose he may have even been there to catch said hand when it plummeted to Earth. I think he kept the hand as it was an early warning system for when the Doctor was close. I was going to let Boggy post this as he worked it out but I decided to steal his thunder . The Master was using the name Professor Yana and Yana just happens to be the initial for You Are Not Alone, the last thing the Face of Boe said to him

I orginally thought the doc thought he was dead but seems not. Well Jack's been after the doc for a while to see why he's not dying these days. Yes and the hand was the early warning. Although I would like to say how he dissapeared in Torch Wood and how he appeared in Dr who didn't fit together. And this was Jacks offical first meeting of the Dr with his new body.
YANA was good.

Oh the little......
RTD talks to Doctor Who Magazine: Russell T Davies is ... on hand to tell the story of how he resurrected the Master ("Did you hear me say that I didn't like the Master, and didn't want him back? Well, I was lying!") and DWM visits a haunted house to find out how Blink was brought to our screens.

Another WoW episode, absolutely brilliant . I can't wait until next week, although it is the last one :'(. There was a little bit on Dr Who Confidential about how Vote Saxon has been in loads of episodes in the background, just like Bad Wolf. So clever Boggy has a great theory but it is a bit complex so I will let him post it

Has anyone ever considered the idea that The Master is The Doctor in a future incarnation and the Chamelion Arch wiped out previous memories? The child Master could have been a regenerated Doctor. No-one has said regeneration has to be in the form of an adult. I will now stand back whilst Whovians shoot me down in flames

My prediction for the last episode. Martha will inlist the help of the teletubbies to distract the master while the Doctor hits him over the head with his zimmer (walking frame), while down Jack takes him off and shoots him to some unloved planet, and they sort out the spuniks. Oh and I think the wife is bound to snuff it.

Ok well not what I had come up with but, extremely good. Jack the Face of Boe And Mrs Master didn't die or did she? Why kill him and then go and get the ring, there is something up there and I predict now that this is not the last we shall see of the Master. Is regeneration optional? And why does the ages Doctor look like Golum And why was his suit too big one minute and small the next And has anyone else noticed the parallel between the troglanphan (how on earth do you spell it?) and the daleks, both creatures controlling machines that go around killing, the inside even looked like davros to me. And whats happening with Martha?
