...ever bought anything from "the lord of the rings collection"/legendary heroes?

I bought something from them almost two months ago, wasnt charged, emailed them last week about the uncharged/non-shipped item, now they have charged me $20 more than the listed price for the item (shipping was meant to be free)....any ideas?

Ive just sent them an email about this problem, but they are generally a bit slack about replying...

Kate

<Edited to make your title more specific - sorry it makes the first sentance repeat but people might miss it otherwise>

unfortunately it wasnt through ebay, its a huge company which operates partly through the internet... they have a brochure on the net which advertises that they have won all these consumer awards, but Im not finding them to live up to these standards.  If they dont reply to my email, I might find someone here who lives in the US to call them for me...

i think that is why i buy most things from ebay instead. And i think it is why i have such a hard time buying from companies off ebay. I mean i am trying to find someone to buy a SS bx off but one of the problems is that i have no idea what the companies are like .

Bu t i am sure that someone on here in the USA will ring for you

Ive dealt with quite a few companies off ebay, but Im always very careful about who I buy from.  This group seemed ok, they have won awards and so forth, and I have spoken to them before...

If anyone wants to ring them for me, their number is 1-800-959-2481.  I placed an order for the LOTR trivial pursuit game, for $us29.99 with advertised free shipping (including international), but they have charged me $49.99. Just for the record, my name as per my credit card is Katherine York (I just prefer to go by Kate....)

If anyone can help, thanks in advance

They promise service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and they delivered.

I was explaining to the guy on the phone that I use my credit card for collecting trading cards etc, and we had a great chat about movie memorabilia etc; it was quite funny  Roll Eyes
