There are currently two (2) auctions for  complete set of LOTR auto cards (47) on eBay and they are both by the same seller (from the UK) Does anyone else think that this is just a little odd?

Here are the links:

Seems very odd especially when the Seller is a new ebay member and he says to check his feedback for purchase history and there really is none.  I especially like his request to pre-approve you as a bidder!!

I remember that auction and the photos used too.
Unfortunately I can't recall who the seller was but it certainly looks as though they've just dusted off the old information in the item listing without bothering to add-in the pics of three auto cards they are still waiting for! Roll Eyes
My guess is it's an extablished seller with a new ID ... wonder who it is?

I agree it IS odd! Shocked

Bid with caution would be my advice Wink ... or better stioll ask the seller a few questions first! Tongue

Quite odd, and I too remember that picture from a prior auction.  I don't know that I'd be willing to fork over that much money on a new  or untested seller.

Someone I know lives very close to where the seller is from (it's a tiny town), so I could get them to knock on their door and ask to see the set in person! Wink
